When the Sunlight Breaks is a mixed media original painting inspired by my recent travels to Iceland this winter. Through using acrlylics and hand made pastel chalks, the value of light pushing through the clouds and landscape shines across the textured land offering us a break from the clouds and intense climate of Iceland.
