Retracing My Footsteps Oil Painting

Inspired by my travels, I paint landscapes to capture the essence of the view I enjoy while hiking, driving, and getting to know a new land.

This piece is inspired by a recent hike where we got lost in the trails and had to race the sun-set as we re-traced our steps to find our way back. The low sun cast the most beautiful light and shadow and I couldn’t help but paint what came to mind in the moment we were temporarily lost in the forest.

This piece is painted using oil paint, on acid free paper and is ready to be framed and matted based on your personal preference. It is signed and dated on the back.
